Tranquility Island Resort offers an excellent investment opportunity to investors intending to expand their business activities through equity participation. Tranquility Island Resort is located on the beautiful Moso Island, North Efate, Havanah Harbour with a development potential of a 40 room resort and supporting infrastructure on the pristine American beach. Currently a small eco-tourism resort with a dive base on the eastern side of the island. It also supports a day cruise operation with a 74 foot Ketch Coongoola to the wilderness side of the island. With the expansion of the new area, will give capacity to engage an expanded professional management team running day to day affairs including the normal resort positions of general management and sales, front desk and rooms, food and beverage, maintenance etc., some of which will double up. All of these functions are done with existing staff at the moment on a smaller scale. Establishment of these positions will be in phase with the need as required.
The potential of this property for further development beyond current plans is extremely good. With the area that the property covers, the value will continue to grow. New areas on the property can be developed as the project progresses.

Development to date has to be looked at as being the base for expansion and the asset value of the company for future development. All the hard work in establishment and lease negotiation and implementation has been done. Plans are to create an environmentally friendly Tourist Resort complex that will be different to the normal standard, International type product achieved by molding the Resort to the natural assets and character of the location, utilizing soft tech where possible but of very high class, to be supported by targeted marketing to clients with high disposable income, wanting this sort of escape. The size of the expansion will be relative to the type of partner/s attracted but should be not less than we have proposed. It could well be much larger depending on the circumstances.
An up to date valuation of the property as is in progress. Also further, Architects plans of both buildings and the resort are pending an investor being determined to cater for any changes. Outright sale of the property may also be considered as a secondary option.
The Resort will be segmented into several types of products to take advantage of the spread of Tourist categories.
